☆Chicken Strip Wraps: Buffalo Chicken Strips (or regular), shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, ranch dressing, lowfat or whole grain white/wheat tortillas.
☆Peanutbutter Wrap: Peanutbutter, slice bananas and/or strawberries, mini chocolate morsels or honey, lowfat or whole grain white/wheat tortillas.
☆Left-over Wrap: Left-over meat (chopped or shredded), cheese, lettuce, dressing/sauce of choice
☆Toquitos/Flautas/burritos: add with tortilla chips, salsa, avacados, cheese cubes, grape tomatoes, and churros for dessert
☆Cold Tortellini Salad: cheese tortellini, pearlini mozzarella, grape tomatoes, crisp steamed broccoli, grated parmesan, Kraft Tuscan House Italian Dressing
☆Bruschetta: toppings - artichoke spinach dip - basil, mozzerella & fresh tomato - basically think very fresh pizza toppings no sauce (unless you want to)
☆Lunch Kabobs: tightly rolled deli meat skewered, cubed chicken, tender beef, etc. Cubed cheese, raw veggies (grape tomatoes, baby carrots, broccoli florets, red peppers, - Fruit - pineapple, grapes, strawberries, blue berries, melon and various dried fruits w/ cubed mozzarella.
☆Cream Cheese Sandwich: Raisin Cinnamon Bread with Cream Cheese.
☆Stuffed Pita: same ingredients used in traditional sandwiches
☆Savory Muffins: Bacon/ham/sausage & Cheese, Quiche Muffin, Morning Glory, Corndog Muffins, You will have to look up recipes for these.
☆Salads: Taco salad, cobb salad, pasta salad, fruit salad, egg salad, chicken salad, tuna salad
☆Breakfast for Lunch “Brunch”:
☆Biscuit Sandwich - Sausage patty/ham slice/bacon, cheese, egg
☆Pancakes - Whole grain/wheat, with dipping sauces, fruit, cream cheese. Packed with complimenting cheeses and ham
☆French Toast Bites - sausage, cheese and fruit
☆Mini Quiche - eggs, cheeses, meats, spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, You will have to look up recipes for these.
