Five days?! I will think I just updated and then, five days has gone by. Where does the time go? I have no idea. I do have a bit of an excuse, my parents came in to town this past Sunday and you military folk know how that goes. You don’t sit in front of your blog when you haven’t seen your mom in two years. Sheesh!

Being military usually means you haven’t seen your parents in a while and we wont even mention the last time we’ve seen an aunt or a cousin. I have been asked many times “doesn’t that bother you” and yes at first it did. Then when there are important events like new babies, weddings and the worst was when we lost my grandma in the spring that was extremely hard to not be there. But it does make visits sweeter and there is more to talk about and show off. With the internet people don’t seem as far. Digital cameras and webcams make it nice to get images instantly. So no, anymore it doesn’t bother me. I know I’ll see everybody again.

I am here, even if I’m not updating as often as some would like. With my parents being here, Halloween this weekend, a party to plan for next week and Holiday kick off starting I expect to be busy. How ever I will not abandon my blog. Thank you for understanding and Happy Fall!
